Through the generous support of Sir Peter Ogden, people will soon have a unique opportunity to visit the privately occupied island of Jethou on Saturday 29th July 2023 as part of a charity day raising funds for Les Bourgs Hospice.
Tickets for this popular event are £40 for an adult, £20 for a child (aged 7-16) and go on sale at midday on Friday 2nd June 2023 via the ticket platform www.ticketsource.co.uk.
Included in the price is return travel on Herm Trident, time to walk around the island and a baguette lunch served in Sir Peter Ogden’s Manor Garden. Refreshments will also be available with a Pimms bar and the opportunity to savour a free Liberation Ale in Jethou’s pub.
The charity day will offer the chance to buy tickets for an exclusive raffle with a star prize of a 25 minute helicopter ride and many other prizes which has been kindly donated by a number of local companies.
There will be a maximum of 6 tickets per booking but there will be 5 special tickets for groups of 10.
Please note that pets are not allowed on the island and smoking is prohibited. The trip is not suitable for children under the age of 7 or those with mobility issues.

In recognition of the fact that not everyone in our community may be able to afford to support this fundraising event there is an opportunity to win 4 tickets for the Jethou charity day. A raffle draw will take place on Friday 30th June 2023. Tickets for this raffle are £2 each and may be purchased from the Les Bourgs Hospice charity shop or the Health Connections shop in Market Square.
