Greenlight are to launch a new office in Guernsey as part of a multi-jurisdictional expansion. The business transformation specialists are growing their Guernsey team and plan to recruit up to four new team members on the island this year.
Greenlight are the Channel Islands’ leading independent business change specialists, drawing on a network of consultants in Guernsey, Jersey, and the UK to deliver real business solutions through programme management, project management, and business analysis.
The Guernsey team will be led by Alan Chapman, who has joined Greenlight from the States’ Health and Social Services department where he was involved in helping transform the island’s Electronic Health Records.
Alan said: “Greenlight is able to help organisations achieve change at all levels – from managing smaller projects to leading large scale transformations. Our consultants have the experience and expertise to fill a skills gap and give Guernsey companies a reliable partner to call on.”
In the past eight years Greenlight consultants have worked on nearly 200 projects for over 70 different clients, notably in the financial, telecoms and public sectors.

The new Greenlight office will be based at Top Floor, 19-21 Smith Street, St Peter Port.
