Due to a last minute cancellation we have spaces available on the Essential First Aid course on Saturday 22nd June.
The course covers basic first aid and emergency life support and includes the primary survey, unresponsive patients, choking, bleeding, head injuries, seizures, chest pain and EpiPen.
Essential First Aid is a practical course on which participants will learn what to do in an emergency and how to react to someone who is injured of taken ill. The three-and-a-half hour session is suitable for all members of the public, including parents and carers. It takes place at the St John training centre at Les Cotils from 0930 to 1300hrs and costs just £55. At the end of the course participants will receive a certificate which is valid for three years.
