An employment lawyer with experience of working across the world - and who has recently moved to Guernsey having worked in London, Singapore and New York - has joined AO Hall.
Natalie Hutley-Hurst specialises in all aspects of employment law with a particular interest in discrimination. She started her career with a major international law firm and worked in both their London and Singapore offices. After time spent working in New York, she established her own business before becoming director of legal and compliance at an international trading firm in London.
She said: "I’m looking forward to using the experience I have gained through managing my own business and working as in-house legal counsel to help Guernsey employers and employees on a wide range of employment matters. It’s an exciting time to be joining AO Hall as they head towards their tenth anniversary. They have seen significant growth, added new practice areas and established relationships with leading corporations and I am looking forward to helping them ensure the next ten years are as successful as the first."
Louise Hall, Head of Employment at AO Hall, said: "AO Hall’s employment team is highly regarded, both locally and by leading legal directories, and Natalie’s appointment will only strengthen that reputation. Natalie’s career has given her hands-on experience of employment law which means she is exceptionally well placed to understand client and business needs."
