Clameur Du Cinéma is screening the Lee Evans comedy Funny Bones this week.
Funny Bones, showing at Guernsey Museum on 7 December, is a heartfelt tribute to comedy, English eccentricity and Blackpool.
Directed by Peter Chelsom, the film stars Lee Evans, Jerry Lewis and Oliver Platt.
It tells the story of a struggling American stand-up, the son of a comedy superstar, who travels to England to buy an act.
Wynter Tyson, the founder of Clameur Du Cinéma, said: “2022 has been a great year for cinema and it’s a pleasure to finish it with two very different comedies from two very distinctive filmmakers.”
