"The Aztec 2024 Swimarathon Team wanted to send a huge thank you to our colleagues, friends and family for their generous sponsorship and to the Aztec matching scheme for contributing 25% of the total funds raised by us. With your help, we raised over £1,000 for the GSPCA which earned us a bronze sponsor award in recognition of the efforts to achieve this level of sponsorship.
"The event was super fun, with music playing and the energy in the pool was fantastic. (We booked a spare lane for some of our children for childcare purposes!) Thanks again for being a part of this, your generosity has made a real difference, and it means such a lot."
The above message from Renee, Lucy, Autumn, Kristina, Laura and Claire was shared by swimarathon beneficiary the GSPCA which said it is hugely grateful to AZTEC Guernsey and all that took part, organised and supported this years event.
Steve Byrne GSPCA Manager said: “This years Skipton Swimarathon which was in aid of the GSPCA Wildlife Hospital as well as the organisors Round Table and The Lions Club was an incredible week of fun and fund raising.
