Autumn on the Farm

Join us for Autumn on the Farm on the 28th & 29th of September from 10am - 5pm at Heritage Farm!

You’ll find lots to do including delicious food, friendly animals, an autumn trail, tractors, our farm nature exploration center as well as plenty of activities, toys, games and storytelling!
