Wayfarers Travel wins travel award

Wednesday 21 November 2018

Guernsey based travel agency Wayfarers World Travel has won the Lusso Channel Islands Travel Agent of the Year Award.

The elite award was awarded to the local travel agency by Lusso, a worldwide specialist tour operator, after being shortlisted against several other travel agents in the Channel Islands including Wayfarers’ sister firm Bellingham Travel in Jersey.

Lusso Sales Director Gareth Hulmston said: “We were extremely delighted to present the award to Wayfarers for our highest producing Channel Islands agent at our UK awards dinner at The Corinthia in London. Wayfarers Branch Manager Sam and her team in Guernsey have been great supporters of Lusso not just over the past year, but for a long time – their support was rewarded with this award. Bellingham Travel in Jersey was also a finalist in this category and once again we were delighted to recognise their support over the past year.”
