Dorey Financial Modelling (DFM) has appointed Resolution IT as its virtual-Chief Information Officer, bringing a new model to fruition utilising available infrastructure and emerging technology.
DFM is an actuarial technology company, while Resolution IT has been its IT provider for the past six years.
Now, led by Resolution IT’s Dan Brown, the vCIO model "add another level of strategic oversight to the company’s future technology planning".
Sally Diamond (pictured top), DFM’s Operations Director, said it meets the changing needs of the company.
“Our needs are becoming increasingly complex as the company continues to grow and we’ve reached a point where a vCIO is the best solution to allow us to develop our long- term strategic IT goals.
"Resolution IT understand exactly how we work, and their team are exceptional. They’ve provided technological expertise for our IT infrastructure which has been a crucial part of DFM’s growth over the last few years.”
Mr Brown agreed that using a virtual-CIO is a means to securing the firm's next stage of growth.
“We are delighted to be able to expand our partnership with DFM through the implementation of our vCIO service. Our team understand the complexity of DFM’s business requirements, and we’re excited to help them reach the next level of their growth.”
