Vaiie, a Channel Island provider of digital regulatory technology, has strengthened its team with four senior appointments.
The appointments include a new Commercial Director, Programme Manager, Operations Manager and Solutions Architect.
Richard Gaudin comes to Vaiie as Commercial Director and will be responsible for business development and marketing, with a particular focus on growth with responsibility for the mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activity. In his role, he will be taking Vaiie’s new regulatory technology (‘RegTech’) to market - technology designed to solve challenges around regulatory compliance, risk management, and client onboarding.
Vaiie has appointed Adam Brown as Programme Manager to oversee its full programme of software development projects, from initial concept to bringing the products to market. With more than 15 years’ experience in the digital industry, he brings knowledge across regulation, FinTech, change management, payments, banking, strategy and digital transformation.
Luke Hopton will join as Solutions Architect and is responsible for overseeing the development teams in Jersey, Italy and Malta for all existing client services and future technology solutions.
The fourth hire is Louise Flynn who joins as Operations Manager to help lead on the outputs of Vaiie’s digital studio and oversee the team responsible for support and ensuring customer success.
