Catja Carrell, Legal Officer at Trust Corporation International, has been named on the annual ‘Channel Islands Top 35 Under 35’ list of private wealth practitioners.
The list, published by eprivateclient – the online private wealth publication, looks to identify, recognise and promote local talent across the private wealth sector and those individuals nominated and named in today’s Channel Islands results will also go on to be considered for the UK and Crown Dependencies version, which launches later this month.
There are several factors considered during the judging process, which is undertaken by senior members of PAM Insight's editorial team, these include who made the nomination, an individual’s achievements over the past 12 months and the number of nominations they received.
Licensed to practice law in Connecticut and Massachusetts, as well as Guernsey, Ms Carrell is part of the US team at Trust Corporation International and specialises in US-related wealth matters as well as the management of offshore trust and corporate structures.
She joined the firm in 2018 having completed her legal education at Boston College Law School in 2011 and worked in the City for Butler Snow.
Trust Corporation International CEO, Mort Mirghavameddin, said:
“We are very pleased that Catja’s expertise, hard work and excellent client relationships have been recognised by eprivateclient. We pride ourselves on the calibre of our people and Catja is clearly no exception to that.
“She has achieved a very impressive amount so far in her career and clearly has a very bright future ahead of her. We’d all like to congratulate Catja on this tremendous achievement.”
