Redwood has announced three senior promotions as the firm continues to enjoy a sustained period of growth across both its Jersey and Guernsey offices.
Tracy Bisson has been appointed Managing Director of Redwood’s Guernsey compliance function, Gwen Norman becomes Associate Director of the Group’s Co Sec and Corporate Service offering, and James Le Gallez has been promoted to Head of Operations.
The promotions come as Chief Executive James Wood looks to focus more proactively on strategic ambitions and growing Redwood’s new business across all jurisdictions.
“We are pleased to have seen continued growth across the Group, and these promotions are a testament to the roles Tracy, Gwen and James have played in helping to develop and grow the business during that period," said Mr Wood.
"The new roles will allow for even further focus on client service, to build upon our already strong reputation for delivering solutions to the satisfaction of our clients.
“It is important that we capitalise on this success, and I am confident these promotions will help us achieve our ambitious plans for the year ahead.”
