Trio of appointments at law firm Ferbrache & Farrell

Ferbrache & Farrell LLP has made a series of new appointments.

Stuart Nash joins as a Senior Associate. Stephen Campbell is the new IT Manager. Paralegal Alex Denoual is returning to the legal industry.

Mr Nash, who will work across corporate and property matters in Guernsey, will also assist the firm’s recently-established UK real estate practice. He trained at a City firm, qualifying as a solicitor in 2014. He then spent several years working in the city with his practice largely focused on mergers and acquisitions and property deals in the healthcare sector.

After relocating to Guernsey in 2019, he spent more than two years building his offshore practice with another Guernsey-based law firm before joining Ferbrache & Farrell this month.

Having worked alongside or with several of the team in the past, I look forward to helping the firm continue to build on its already well-established corporate and commercial property offerings."

Mr Campbell worked for a major offshore law firm for 30 years before joining Ferbrache & Farrell. He has 25 years’ IT experience, during which time he has gained multiple CompTIA, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator, Microsoft Certified Professional and Microsoft Azure certifications.

“This is very much an exciting challenge to be responsible for the smooth running of Ferbrache & Farrell from an IT perspective whilst broadening my knowledge of new IT systems and procedures,” said Mr Campbell.

Ms Denoual has returned to the legal industry after six years working in the third sector, where she has developed many transferable skills. Prior to that, she worked for four years with a local law firm undertaking a variety of tasks.

Advocate and Managing Partner, Alastair Hargreaves, said the future of the practice was bright.
