Niamh Ó Maoláin, head of customer strategy and operations at Sure, has been named on the CX Network Top 30 under 30 list which recognises the ‘super stars’ of the digital customer experience sector.
CX Network is a leading online resource for senior customer experience and marketing decision makers which publishes the latest news, reports and trends from the customer insight and experience industry.
Ms Ó Maoláin is responsible for managing the customer contact centre, customer communications and customer insight teams at Sure.
Her role includes creating the customer strategy and analysing the feedback customers share with Sure to ensure that all business decisions are implemented to improve the overall customer experience. She also coordinates the customer research programmes across Sure’s worldwide operation and the global Batelco group.
