Guernsey's first solely vegan and vegetarian food outlet opens today in the Market Building.
SimplyV is located in the Inner Street of the Market, and served their first customers this morning.
It is advertising that if people bring their own cup, bowl or plate, they can get a 20p discount.
"SimplyV is Guernsey first Vegan & Vegetarian food outlet, in the heart of The Market in St Peter Port serving healthy plant based food and drinks including juices, energy shots and smoothies freshly made to order. Take away service or eat in the market plus office deliveries is also available."
Serving a full menu of mains, breakfast, and drinks, the food outlet has salads, soups, full meals, sweet treats and everything in between on offer, but all centred around vegetables.
