Savills Guernsey has made two senior promotions to appoint Directors in its residential sales team.
The new directors, Nick Paluch and Stuart Leslie, have over two decades of residential sales experience between them.
Mr Paluch and Mr Leslie will oversee the day-to-day running and strategy of Local Market and Open Market sales respectively.
Savills Guernsey Head of Residential Sales Keith Enevoldsen said the promotions were testament to the success and commitment of both men.
"The strength of our business is reflected in the continued progression and development of our experienced staff and I would like to extend my congratulations to both Stuart and Nick whose hard work and dedication make these promotions very well deserved," he said.
"Stuart and Nick consistently deliver exceptional results and provide sound advice to the benefit of clients and work colleagues alike, while their professional and experienced approach has greatly contributed to the wider success of the office."

Mr Enevoldsen said the promotions were in line with expansion plans.
"These changes will assist in continuing to increase sales in the Local and Open markets and create a revised management structure in preparation for expansion of the residential department," he said.
Savills moved its commercial and residential teams under one roof to new premises at Royal Terrace on Glategny Esplanade last year.
Mr Paluch said the move had proved beneficial.
"Bringing the two Guernsey businesses together has allowed closer collaboration between our teams to the benefit of both staff and clients," he said.
"History tells us that competition increases during better markets which, coupled with the fact that we've all had some pretty testing environments for the past year, makes this recognition particularly rewarding."

Mr Leslie said the business had remained busy through the Covid-19 pandemic.
"Despite the challenges presented during the pandemic, both of the island's property markets continue to be busy. There is no sign of that slowing and we are expecting another strong year" he said.
"As an office, we have some very exciting plans for the next 12 months and I look forward to being able to help drive that forward."
