Restructuring Manager appointed at EY

EY has appointed Sean Ward as a Restructuring Manager within the Transaction Advisory Services team in the Channel Islands.

Mr Ward, who is based in Guernsey, has more than 13 years’ restructuring and insolvency experience, spending time in both London and the BVI before moving to the Channel Islands.

In his new role, his focus will be on managing the team that delivers solvent and insolvent restructurings through formal processes (such as liquidations and administrations) and advising clients through corporate, board, regulatory and creditor side advisory engagements.

EY says Mr Ward's appointment will further strengthen its Restructuring practice within the Channel Islands.
