Promotions at ZEDRA reflect "hard work and dedication"

Elaine Kennedy has been appointed as Managing Director of ZEDRA's Guernsey office.

Ms Kennedy, formerly Graham, pictured (top), has more than 23 years' experience in the financial services sector.

She joined ZEDRA in 2005 and was instrumental in establishing the company as a leading provider of employee benefit and share ownership trusts. She also has expertise in corporate and private family trust structures.

Ms Kennedy is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and an advisory panel member for leading share plan industry bodies.

"It is a pleasure to take on the leadership of ZEDRA’s Guernsey office at this exciting time," said Ms Kennedy.

"With strong leadership in place and deep-seated technical expertise throughout the organization, ZEDRA is well positioned to build on its impressive growth. I’m excited to continue supporting the firm’s commitment to being a consistent partner to our clients in my new role."

Nick Slinn has been promoted to Deputy Managing Director.

Mr Slinn has over 25 years' experience in the financial services sector. He joined ZEDRA in 2019 following the acquisition of Interben Trustees Limited, a company led by Mr Slinn, which provided trustee and administration services to multinationals to support their international pension plans.

Nicola Brown will assume overall responsibility for the share incentive business. She has been a key part of the ZEDRA Guernsey team for nearly 13 years.
