This year’s sponsor of the Guernsey Photography Festival, Mourant, has launched its own photography festival to mark the start of the event.
The festival began on Thursday this week with an event at St James, and it’ll run until the 23 October. 20 international artists will be exhibiting their work during that time.
"As part of our support of the 10th anniversary edition of the Guernsey Photography Festival and our focus on environmental sustainability, we encouraged people to take a step outside, get creative and share their interpretation of the theme within our local environment,” said Mourant Managing Partner, John Lewis.
“The entries we received were inspired and we're looking forward to the winners' prints taking pride of place in our offices!"
The competition was held between staff members at Mourant and saw three winning teams have their work displayed in the office.
