A new global regulatory and compliance business has been launched by Ocorian, following the acquisition of Bovill.
Bovill Newgate has been launched to “address growing concerns over regulatory risks across financial services”.
In a statement, Ocorian said: “[Bovill Newgate’s] advice services include regulatory change and preventing financial crime, applications to regulators, building or enhancing regulatory frameworks, conducting compliance investigations or diagnostics, training and fulfilling prescribed roles.
