Oak Guernsey has appointed Oliver de la Fosse as its new Corporate Finance Manager.
Mr de la Fosse will be responsible for implementing deal due diligence processes and group integration.
He will have a key role working closely with the senior team to support Oak's growth plans.
"Oak is at a very exciting stage of development which brings a lot of new opportunities," said Mr de la Fosse. "I'm looking forward to working with the management team to achieve the company's strategic growth and development objectives."
Mr de la Fosse is a chartered Accountant and brings experience in accountancy, advisory, operational services and digital transformation.
"Oak's vision is to be the trusted provider of financial solutions that exceed the expectations of our institutional and private clients worldwide," added Chief Executive Officer, Stuart Platt-Ransom.
"To achieve this we need the best team, as we know Oak is only as good as its people. Oliver's appointment will enhance our M&A activities across the group and strengthen our leadership team. We are very pleased to welcome him to Oak."
Before joining Oak, Mr de la Fosse attended drama school and went on to spend 11 years at PwC.
