A new breakfast club is launching this month, specifically designed for Non-Executive Directors (NEDs).
The Imperium NED Breakfast Club will allow ‘NEDs’ to keep up to date on regulatory news, trends and the latest industry changes. The first guest speaker will be Emma Bailey from KPMG.
“The Regulatory environment is constantly changing and there has never been a more important time for us all to pool our expertise and share our knowledge for the benefit of all,” said Barry McClay, Managing Director of Imperium.
“Guernsey as a jurisdiction has a wealth of world class expertise and we felt there was a real opportunity for us to harness this and bring together our NED community.”
Ms Bailey will be offering her insight on regulatory matters having represented the GFSC (Guernsey Financial Services Commission) internationally.
The first event is being held on 29 April and is open to all Non-Executives in the island.
