New Corporate Counsel at Babbé

Babbé LLP has appointed Tristan Ozanne to its Corporate Counsel team.

Mr Ozanne joins the firm with a wealth of legal knowledge and more than 16 years’ offshore experience in corporate, commercial and financial law.

In his new role, Mr Ozanne will be responsible for leading the corporate team and expanding the current offering.

“It’s a fantastic opportunity to be heading up a team at such a highly regarded Guernsey firm," he said.

"I am really looking forward to seeing how I can make a difference as this is a great opportunity to grow and enhance the current corporate offering.”

Managing Partner Andrew Laws welcomed Mr Ozanne to the fold.
