The firm will offer a suite of services including strategy, customer experience, digital transformation, customer marketing and customer service management all designed to help businesses improve their customer retention and deliver an enhanced brand.

Ms Dunsterville said: “I’m delighted to launch Customerise and offer tailored, expert support to local businesses. Customer experience is so important nowadays and can be a key differentiator for organisations when it’s done right.”
