Two technology firms based in Guernsey have merged to create a new group with the intention of supporting financial services businesses in the Channel Islands and elsewhere.
Vega Solutions and Fusion Acusoft have consolidated their businesses to create a new group which is at present unnamed.
“We have known Vega for many years and we’re delighted we are now one,” said Alan Rowe of Fusion Acusoft.
“We have a real focus on client service and the expanded capability of the group provides exciting new opportunities for our clients, which include some of the largest names in the Channel Islands and increasingly global financial services industry.”
The group has offices based in both St Peter Port and Reading and hope the merger will help the group expand further.
“Our clients operate in a highly competitive and regulated industry that is undergoing constant challenges and change,” said David Collings of Vega Solutions.
“We strongly believe that being part of a larger group will position us to better support this client base with innovative products and services.”
