Intertrust has appointed Simon Mackenzie, Managing Director of Intertrust in Jersey, as Chairperson of a new Intertrust Channel Islands executive leadership team.
In addition to Mr Mackenzie’s current role to oversee the establishment of the Intertrust brand in Jersey and build on the firm’s fiduciary services business, he will take on additional responsibilities of chairing the new executive leadership team.
Mr Mackenzie will be supported by Marie McNeela, who was recently promoted to Managing Director of Intertrust in Guernsey. They will jointly ensure a strong collaboration between the two offices to further strengthen the company’s position across the islands and provide superb client service.
Mr Mackenzie said: “This initiative demonstrates how committed we are to the Channel Islands, our people and the clients that we service. With our Jersey and Guernsey teams working more closely together, we will be able to strengthen and expand our business across the region.”
Marie McNeela added: “Our talented teams will continue to benefit from each other’s experience and expertise, while maximising growth opportunities in our individual markets. I’m convinced that our clients will see the positive effects from our joint approach towards investing in innovative technology and further building our business.”
