Canaccord Genuity Wealth Management in the UK & Europe's announced the promotion of Andy Finch to the position of Chief Executive Officer of the CGWM International division, effective from 1 April 2020.

The role comprises oversight of the CGWM businesses in Guernsey, the Isle of Man and Jersey.

With over 35 years’ experience in the wealth management industry, Andy joined CGWM UK & Europe in 2002. He has undertaken a number of leadership roles within the business, most recently as Managing Director, CGWM UK & Europe Funds, which have seen annualised asset growth of 24% per annum over the past five years. 

Reporting to David Esfandi, CEO of CGWM UK & Europe, Mr Finch succeeds Grahame Lovett, who will be retiring from his current role and assuming the role of Executive Chairman of the CGWM International division from spring 2020. In this capacity, Mr Lovett will continue to have an active role regarding the direction and strategy for CGWM business activities in Guernsey, the Isle of Man and Jersey.
