Agency Hackers has listed Orchard’s Managing Director of Finance and Operations in its Operations Top 50 Index list for 2024.
The list celebrates operations leaders in independent agencies having a positive impact on their business, and Chris Chilton has made the mark.
Mr Chilton made the list from over 350 entries from agencies in the UK and Crown Dependencies, and was singled out for his ingenuity, rising above complex challenges and for modernising Orchard through tech investments. The judge also remarked on how he readied the agency for remote operations.
Agency Hackers is a membership community and entries were judged by Ryan McNamara, Head of Operations at Rise at Seven, a creative agency known for supporting brands such as Xbox and B&Q.
