Mourant tops the offshore rankings in global Powerwomen list

Monday 09 December 2019

Six leading professionals at Mourant have been included in the Citywealth International Powerwomen Top 100 list, more than any other offshore law firm.

Partners Felicia de Laat, Jessica Roland and Rachael McDonald all feature, alongside Counsel Catherine Moore, Senior Associate Rachel Guthrie and Mourant Governance Services Associate Director, Lily Oliveira.

Now in its sixth year, the Top 100 list recognises women who are key players within the international community of wealth management.

Mourant Global Managing Partner, Jonathan Rigby, said: "Our firm has an ambitious growth strategy that relies on our ability to empower our people to be the best they can be, working collaboratively to provide market-leading advice and services to our clients.

"We believe that diversity of talent is integral to providing our clients with the best services and solutions through the contribution of diverse perspectives. This consistent recognition by one of the industry's leading publications is a strong reflection of this culture, and to have so many of our people recognised is gratifying. Felicia, Jessica, Rachael, Catherine and Rachel are all outstanding lawyers who have made a considerable mark in their respective fields of practice."

The winners of the Powerwomen Awards will be announced in London on 22 February 2020. To vote, click here.
