Mourant has appointed a new Partner and a Principal to its Guernsey practice as part of a mid-year promotion round.
Alana Gillies, Counsel in the firm's Guernsey Corporate practice, has been promoted to Partner.
In Mourant Governance Services, Managing Director Thomas Barnes has been made a Principal.
Mourant Global Managing Partner Jon Rigby said: "These appointments represent a significant investment in our clients and demonstrate early delivery against the goals set out in our new five-year strategy.
