Mourant LP Partner James Cousins and Senior Associate Alex Garner have been admitted as Advocates of the Royal Court of Guernsey, following the successful completion of their Guernsey Bar exams.
Mr Cousins; a corporate lawyer specialising in investment funds, advises clients on various aspects of asset management, including hedge funds and other alternative investments, whilst Mr Garner; a member of the firm's Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice, advises on complex commercial matters, including contentious trust issues, contractual disputes, and insolvency.
Mourant's Managing Partner, John Lewis congratulated both lawyers on their achievement and highlighted their contributions to the firm.
