The current Director of the Jersey Financial Services Commission will be taking on a leadership role at Mourant in January, as part of its Regulatory team.
Mike Jones will bring decades of international experience to the multi-disciplinary team, which covers all aspects of financial services.

The firm supports a wide variety of clients across Guernsey, Jersey, BVI and the Cayman Islands.
Mr Jones' experience will be put to use managing everything from advisory and restructuring work to investigations and enforcement proceedings, for the benefit of banks, insurers, reinsurers, investment firms, asset managers, funds, trust companies and fund administrators.
