The RED fund has appointed a new Chairman and Director following a number of “significant acquisitions.”
Andrew Haining has stepped down, having held the joint position since the fund was established in 2018.
He has been replaced by Catherine Walter as Chair, while Libby Burne joins as a new Director on the RED Board.
Ms Walter has 35 years property experience, and Ms Burn, who has two decades of experience in real estate experience, said she has a lot to bring to the role.
“I hope my experience in real estate will prove to be an asset to RED fund and my fellow board members,” she said.
“The sites already acquired are diverse and we have a busy few years ahead of us as we unlock their true potential.”
