Guernsey-based estate agents Livingroom has promoted Angela Binnie to Director, strengthening its senior team in the sister isle.
She joined the firm in 2018 at the beginning of its journey in Jersey and has been a key factor in establishing the second office for the only pan-Channel Island estate agent which now has a significant market share of residential property sales and lettings in the islands.
Ms Binnie is an experienced property professional who holds the MNAEA Propertymark qualification and has created good contacts through her career and since joining Livingroom has led many property transactions from first time purchases to the sale of cliff-top mansions and country estates including a notable £12 million sale of an iconic family home.
Livingroom founder and CEO Simon Torode welcomed her promotion.
