Liberation Group’s local drinks and wholesale business will no longer be known as Bucktrouts under the group's "rebrand" of its company structure.
The group is looking to simplify its structure, bringing together the different aspects of the business under one new identity.
The company, which has numerous pubs and eateries across the Channel Islands, has been working with food and drink branding specialists, The Collaborators, to come up with a completely new look, which can now be seen in its establishments, on team uniforms, and on its keg, cask and bottled beers. The branding will also be rolled out through its fleet of vehicles.
“The simplified structure and new branding pulls together all the facets and areas of the business," said CEO of Liberation Group, Jonathan Lawson. "Our brand may look different but that’s where the changes end.
“We still work with the same great teams and maintain the same excellent relationships we always have so, in that respect, it’s very much business as usual. The rebrand has simplified our structure for everyone and makes it easier for customers to identify members of our Liberation family.”
The new visual brand aims to celebrate the brand's local identity, with a map of the Channel Islands at the centre. The broader brand includes an illustrative seascape featuring iconic landmarks from the four main Channel Islands; Martello Tower Number 5 in Guernsey, Essex Castle in Alderney, La Coupee in Sark and Mont Orgueil Castle in Jersey.
