JTC won two awards at the recent ProShare Annual Awards, 2024.
The company was recognized for its effective communication of its employee share plan and its overall performance in fostering employee share ownership.
It picked up the award for 'Most Effective Communication of an Employee Share Plan' and as a joint winner in the ‘Best Overall Performance in Fostering Employee Share Ownership’ category.
JTC's 'Ownership for All' model, which offers shared ownership to all employees, was said to be a key differentiator in the professional services market, with praise from industry experts, including Harvard Business School.
Earlier this year the global service provider granted share awards worth around £50m to its global workforce, following the successful delivery of its ‘Galaxy Era’ business plan.
In addition to its own shared ownership model, JTC also supports other global businesses through its Employer Solutions team, which administers and manages share plans for a diverse range of businesses.
