JTC has been crowned ‘Trust Company of the Year (large firm)’ at the STEP Private Client Awards this week.
The awards are designed to highlight excellence among private client lawyers, accountants, bankers, trust managers and financial advisors.
Iain Johns, JTC’s Group Head of Private Wealth Services, said the prize reinforced a strong year for the company, which recorded a 32% growth in revenue for the first six months of the year in its interim results.
“As the most sought-after award in our market space, this is a fantastic achievement for the team in what has been another strong year for JTC," he said. "To win it in the face of such competition tells you everything you need to know about JTC – we innovate, we differentiate, we have a special culture but, above all, the foundation of what we do is client service excellence.
"This has been the bedrock of our many successes in recent years and our clients can be assured that this is where our sights will remain firmly fixed.”
