JTC has supported Round Hill Music Royalty Fund Limited (Round Hill) with its latest fund raise, totalling tens of millions.
After raising $282 million from an initial public offering in November, Round Hill has now raised an additional $46million, bringing total fundraising in 2020 to $328million. This makes Round Hill the largest new IPO by an investment trust this year.
Round Hill is led by an experienced investment team with an established reputation and proven track record and these additional funds will allow Round Hill to continue to grow its library of songs and artists. The firm is exclusively dedicated to investments in revenue generating music copyright assets.
James Tracey, Managing Director – JTC Guernsey, said: “We are delighted to support Round Hill in their latest fund raise, bringing their total for the year to a record level for 2020. Our work with Round Hill further demonstrates our expertise in administration and governance services, our CREST registrar capabilities and our ability to support London Stock Exchange listed clients.”
