The International Stock Exchange appoints new NED

Gill Morris has been hired as a Non-Executive Director of the TISE Group Limited, which is the TISE’s parent company.

Mrs Morris has more than 35 years experience and has held several senior leadership positions during her career.

She joins Charlie Geffen who has been appointed as Chair of the TISEG.

“I am extremely pleased to have been appointed to the Board,” said Mr Geffen, “and succeed Jon as Chair of TISEG. I would like to take this opportunity to thank him for all his hard work over the last 7 years in transforming the business to the great success it is today.”

Mrs Morris is a chartered Accountant and will take over as Chair of the group Audit Committee as well.

“It is a great pleasure to be appointed to the TISEG Board,” said Mrs Morris, “and to the Chair the group Audit Committee. I can see that the business has undergone significant change in the last few years.”
