Imperium has appointed Alex Mauger as Group Company Secretary and General Counsel, to oversee company secretarial and governance functions across all of its jurisdictions.
The firm says Mr Mauger is an experienced legal professional who brings a wealth of knowledge, following his “significant tenure with a leading local multi-jurisdictional law firm”.
Based in Guernsey, he is a qualified lawyer with over 15 years of experience in funds, corporate, and regulatory matters.
Imperium Group CEO David Gilmour said: "As we continue to grow, it makes sense to have Alex collectively oversee our company secretarial responsibilities. Governance is at the heart of Imperium's service offering, and the value we place on it is reflected in this appointment. I want to welcome Alex."
