The Walkers' team of Partner Kate Storey, Senior Counsel Stephen Ozanne and Associate Adam Pickering represented Chrystal Capital Partners LLP in relation to the registration of the fund, which was registered by the GFSC on 29 July.

Verdite Capital Fund I L.P. will focus on investments in businesses across the legal cannabinoid market worldwide, particularly in North America and Europe. Elysium Fund Management Limited are the designated administrator and Centaur Fund Services Limited in Dublin are the sub-administrator.

A Spokesperson for Walkers said: "The regulatory approval for the fund demonstrates that Guernsey is a leading international financial centre that can provide innovative solutions for novel investment products in an internationally recognised and well regulated jurisdiction."
