Guernsey partners named in ‘Best Lawyers 2022’ publication

Several partners from Carey Olsen’s Guernsey office will feature inn the 2022 edition of ‘The Best Lawyers in the United Kingdom’ publication.

‘Best Lawyers’ is a publication distributed to the legal profession in 76 countries, offering guidance and reviews of the industry.

Among those recognised was Ben Morgan who was named ‘Lawyer of the Year for Investment Funds in Guernsey’.

“I’m extremely honoured to have been recognised by Best Lawyers for both mine and the firm’s investment funds work. 

“Individual recognition like this is testament to the hard work and dedication of the wider Guernsey corporate team which continues to go from strength to strength,” said Mr Morgan.

Corporate Partners Christopher Anderson and Andrew Boyce gained recognition for insurance law and investment funds respectively, while Russell Clark, Head of the Trusts and Private Wealth team in Guernsey, was named among the best for trusts and personal tax law.
