RAW Capital Partners has reported a 60% growth in its Mortgage Fund in 2020.
It comes despite the global challenges brought on by the pandemic.
The Guernsey-based asset manager's fund, first launched in 2015, now has more than 350 loans in its portfolio totalling more than £78m and is supported by six other local business in various aspects of its fund management.
OakNorth Bank in London recently agreed to extend its revolving credit facility to the RAW Mortgage Fund, from £20 million to £40million, to assist the fund with liquidity.
Tim Parkes, Managing Director of RAW Capital Partners, said it has been a good year for the company's 12-strong Guernsey team.
