Advocate Martin Jones from the law firm Ferbrache and Farrell has been admitted to the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
He is head of the Dispute Resolution department and works closely with clients, advising on legal issues concerning trusts.
His appointment to STEP sees him join the most senior practitioners in the industry.
“We are delighted that Martin has been recognised in this way and congratulate him for all his hard work to achieve the qualification,” said Managing Partner, Alastair Hargreaves.
