EY has made a series of promotions across its Channel Islands branches.
Leo Boessenkool has been promoted to Technology Risk Director and Matt Ryan to Technical Director, while Phil Irvine and Christian Robinson have been promoted to Tax Manager and Assurance Manager, respectively.

Mr Boessenkool leads the Channel Islands Technology Risk Team and works to drive EY's innovation and digital agenda across the Channel Islands. He focuses on providing intelligent automation, IT audit support and data analytics for audit clients.
Meanwhile, Mr Ryan brings experience with both International Financial Reporting Standards and UK Accounting Standards to his new role. He forms part of the Channel Islands Financial Accounting Advisory Services Team and is also a member of the UK Financial Reporting Group, responsible for a number of technical reviews of listed companies.
Mr Irvine re-joined EY in November 2017 following a period working at a Jersey trust company. He brings experience in personal and corporate tax compliance, as well as advisory and regulatory services across multiple jurisdictions.
Finally, Mr Robinson joined the company in 2011 through its degree programme and moved to Jersey in 2017, during which time he gained experience within the banking industry. He also focuses on regulatory reporting and compliance projects as part of the Channel Islands Advisory Team.
