Estera has been awarded a gold award for 'Best Employer - Career Progression' at Citywealth's Future Leaders Awards.
The prize recognised significant growth in the business as well as its investment in people, premises and systems.
"With more than 550 professionals working in 11 jurisdictions across multiple service lines in a growing, fast-paced business, it could be easy to lose sight of the individual," said Group Chief Executive Officer at Estera, Farah Ballands. "But our success has been built on the efforts of every one of those people and we are committed to their future development, helping them achieve their goals in tandem with our own.
"We are proud to have built a culture where learning and development is encouraged, hard work is rewarded and career ambitions are achieved. We actively support the ongoing training and professional development of all our people."
Earlier this year, Inflexion Private Equity announced its plans to acquire Estera, subject to regulatory approval. Following completion, Estera will be merged with Inflexion's existing portfolio company, Ocorian, to form a global corporate service and fund administrator.
The combined business will have offices in 18 offshore and onshore jurisdictions and more than 1,250 employees serving around 8,000 clients.
