The winners of the 2018 Sure Customer Service Awards will be announced later this month, with the shortlist for the finals now out.
Three businesses or individuals have been shortlisted in each of the ten categories, recognising different criteria in areas such as retail, travel and food and drink.
The awards which are in their eighth year are sponsored by Sure, and are now coordinated by Jill Clark.
She has previously said, “it is exciting to be running the Customer Service Awards – service is my passion and I believe the awards give brilliant teams and individuals the recognition they deserve – and helps inspire others to improve the experience they give their customers. My aim is that we all experience fantastic service every day from everyone we are in contact with. I believe that the awards will really help deliver this. I am thrilled to be heading up such a robust and popular part of the Islands’ annual events diaries, with such wonderful support from local business sponsors and supporters.”
The finalists will find out who has won at a ceremony at the Duke of Richmond Hotel on Thursday 27 September.
