Collas Crill has appointed two Communications Managers to support the firm's strategy both internally and externally.

Kim Halliwell joins as Group Communications Manager, based in Guernsey, and will work closely with the Strategy Board and Management Committee to inform colleagues on the firm's strategy, ambition and progress.

She will also be responsible for developing the company's employer brand and the firm's approach to communication at a group level.

Ms Halliwell has worked in communications for 20 years both in London and Guernsey. Prior to joining Collas Crill, she worked at Specsavers for ten years in a number of communications roles, including three years as Head of Internal Communications and Engagement. During her time with the business she delivered communications strategies to engage staff, supported organisational and cultural change, and helped to launch and embed new systems.
