The now annual Cocktail Week will be making a comeback for the third year running this summer, organised by the winner of the inaugural Bailiwick Express Business Academy.
Some 60 brand new cocktails from 12 venues across the island are set to be showcased with the £5 drinks all made from local produce.
James le Gallez said they had changed the set-up this year, so membership cards will become valid for life.
“We want to keep pushing Guernsey’s vibrant cocktail scene forward and this is the perfect delivery vehicle. As well as Guernsey Cocktail Week, we’ll be running more events all year round and working very closely with Guernsey’s bars and restaurants to promote their special events.”
Guernsey Cocktail Week will run from Friday 24 August until Saturday 1 September, with the grande finale – the Guernsey Mix-Off – taking place on the Crown Pier on the last Saturday, with the island’s best bartenders going head-to-head to attempt to create the winning cocktail.
Membership cards can be bought from the website, which will grant them access to the specially created cocktails and a host of discounted events through the week and year.
