The Institute of Directors (IoD) Next Gen Forum’s next development workshop focuses and networking and will be led by performance coaching expert Jimmy Kelly.
The workshops take place on 27 June and are divided into two sessions. Each will have a maximum capacity of 15 attendees, ensuring an engaging and interactive experience.
Jimmy Kelly, a performance coaching guru with over 20 years of experience, will take attendees through the fundamentals of networking and teach techniques to help build confidence.
His background spans individual athletes, multinational corporations, and coaching across the UK, Europe, and the Middle East and he also holds an MSc in Social & Organisational Psychology as well as other qualifications.
The sessions will take place at Praxis between 07:30 and 09:00, with an afternoon session from 12:30 to 14:00.
The Forum will then host their summer networking event at Marvin’s at Aztec. Ahead of the evening event, another session will be held on the ‘Do’s and Don’ts of Networking’ at 18:00.
